MoovieMe Terms of Service
1. Welcome to MoovieMe
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MoovieMe mobile application, the website located at MoovieMe Website, and any related applications, websites, products, features, content, and services provided by MoovieMe Inc. (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by:
MoovieMe Inc. 2810 N Church St STE 89168 Wilmington, DE 19802 United States
Contact: hello@moovieme.ai
Please read these Terms carefully.
By creating a MoovieMe account, accessing or using the Service, joining or contributing to a Story, uploading User Content, purchasing a subscription or other paid feature, or otherwise using MoovieMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. About MoovieMe
MoovieMe is an AI-assisted collaborative video storytelling and editing platform.
The Service allows users to create collaborative projects known as “Stories,” invite other people to participate, upload or record photos, video, audio, and other media, interact with Story participants, use AI-assisted editing features, and generate finished movies and related content.
Depending on the features available to your account, MoovieMe may also provide:
- profiles;
- public or private posts;
- Explore and discovery features;
- followers, following, or friends;
- comments and reactions;
- clip voting;
- clip requests;
- AI-generated editing recommendations;
- Re-Cut or Re-Generate functionality;
- sharing links;
- subscriptions;
- render credits;
- and other social, creative, or media-processing functionality.
MoovieMe is an evolving product. Features, functionality, subscription plans, prices, limits, technical requirements, and availability may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a MoovieMe account or independently use the Service as an account holder.
By creating an account, you represent that:
- you are at least 13 years old;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are legally permitted to use the Service;
- you will comply with these Terms and applicable law; and
- if applicable law requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian for your use of particular features, you have obtained that authorization.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use MoovieMe subject to these Terms, our privacy and safety rules, and any additional protections or restrictions applicable to teen users.
People under 13 may appear in User Content uploaded by an eligible user, but they may not independently create a MoovieMe account, join a Story as an account holder, or directly upload User Content through the Service.
Content depicting minors is also governed by our Minor Content Policy:
If we determine that an account was created by a person who is not eligible to use the Service, we may suspend or terminate the account and take appropriate action concerning associated information.
4. Your MoovieMe Account
Certain MoovieMe features require an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate account information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials;
- protecting access to your device;
- activities occurring through your account;
- and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- create an account using materially false information;
- misrepresent your age to circumvent safety protections;
- sell, rent, transfer, or improperly share an account;
- use another person’s account without authorization;
- or create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact hello@moovieme.ai.
5. Stories
A “Story” is a collaborative MoovieMe project that may contain photos, videos, audio, comments, reactions, votes, clip requests, AI-generated editing information, rendered movies, and other associated information.
A Story may include:
- a host;
- one or more contributors;
- uploaded media;
- participant activity;
- editing and processing information;
- and one or more completed movies.
The specific features available within a Story may depend on the user’s account type, subscription plan, application version, Story settings, or other factors.
6. Story Hosts
The creator or designated administrator of a Story may act as its “Host.”
Hosts may have greater access and control over a Story than ordinary contributors.
Depending on the available functionality, a Host may be able to:
- invite contributors;
- view submitted media;
- view original media files;
- download original contributed media where supported;
- request additional clips;
- remove clips;
- remove contributors;
- manage participation;
- initiate AI processing;
- initiate rendering;
- Re-Cut or Re-Generate a movie;
- make a finished movie available;
- publish or share eligible content;
- create sharing links;
- control sharing permissions;
- and otherwise administer the Story.
Hosting a Story does not give the Host ownership of another person’s MoovieMe account or access to unrelated private account information.
Hosts must use participant information only for legitimate purposes associated with the Story or as otherwise permitted by law.
7. Contributors
A person invited to participate in a Story may be able to contribute User Content and interact with other Story participants.
Contributors may be invited through methods including:
- QR codes;
- Story invitation links;
- SMS;
- email;
- MoovieMe usernames;
- telephone numbers;
- email addresses;
- or contacts selected by an inviter.
When you contribute media to a Story, you understand that the media is being submitted to a collaborative project.
Your contribution may therefore be accessible to:
- the Host;
- other authorized contributors;
- MoovieMe’s systems;
- MoovieMe’s service providers as necessary to operate the Service;
- and recipients of the finished movie according to the Host’s or applicable user’s sharing choices.
Your contribution should not be treated as visible only to you.
8. Authorization to Use Contributions Within a Story
When you voluntarily contribute User Content to a Story, you authorize MoovieMe to process that contribution for the operation of the Story.
You also authorize the applicable Story Host to use your contributed media within that Story for purposes reasonably associated with creating and sharing the resulting collaborative movie.
This includes permission for MoovieMe to:
- upload;
- host;
- store;
- copy;
- compress;
- transcode;
- extract frames from;
- analyze;
- transcribe;
- edit;
- crop;
- resize;
- sequence;
- combine;
- synchronize;
- apply transitions or filters to;
- mix with other audiovisual material;
- render;
- display;
- and otherwise technically process
your contribution as necessary to provide the requested MoovieMe functionality.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to MoovieMe.
The permissions granted under this section are subject to your deletion rights, privacy rights, applicable law, and the limitations described elsewhere in these Terms.
9. User Content
“User Content” means content that users upload, create, record, submit, contribute, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available through MoovieMe.
User Content may include:
- photos;
- videos;
- audio;
- voices;
- narration;
- captions;
- titles;
- prompts;
- Story information;
- comments;
- reactions;
- votes;
- profile content;
- posts;
- completed movies;
- and other material.
You retain any ownership rights that you have in your User Content.
MoovieMe does not claim ownership of your User Content merely because you upload it to the Service.
However, we need limited rights to process User Content in order to provide the Service.
10. License You Grant to MoovieMe
By submitting User Content, you grant MoovieMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, adapt, transcode, analyze, display, transmit, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- operate a Story;
- provide collaborative features;
- process and render movies;
- provide AI-assisted functionality;
- deliver content to authorized participants;
- implement your sharing or publication choices;
- maintain security;
- provide technical support;
- enforce these Terms;
- comply with law;
- and perform other uses described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
This license includes the right to allow our service providers to process User Content on our behalf where necessary to provide the Service.
For private User Content, this license does not, by itself, authorize MoovieMe to sell your private source footage to unrelated third parties for their independent generalized AI training.
Different permissions may apply if you separately and affirmatively participate in an optional AI-development, research, dataset, or commercial data-contribution program.
11. Public Content License
If you affirmatively publish User Content through Explore, a public profile, a public post, or another publicly accessible MoovieMe feature, you grant MoovieMe permission to make that content available to the audience you selected.
This may require MoovieMe to reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, recommend, format, resize, transcode, or otherwise technically process the content so that it can be presented through the Service.
Public content may be:
- viewed by others;
- commented on;
- reacted to;
- shared through available features;
- recommended;
- displayed in feeds;
- or discovered through MoovieMe’s social functionality.
You can remove eligible public content using available controls.
Removing content from MoovieMe cannot necessarily remove copies previously downloaded, recorded, screenshotted, exported, or otherwise independently saved by other people.
12. Your Responsibility for User Content
You are responsible for User Content you submit.
By uploading, contributing, publishing, or sharing User Content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to do so.
This means, as applicable, that:
- you own the content;
- you have received permission from the owner;
- your use is legally permitted;
- or you otherwise have sufficient rights to submit the material.
You must also consider the privacy, publicity, image, voice, copyright, and other rights of people depicted or recorded in your content.
You may not knowingly use MoovieMe to violate another person’s legal rights.
13. Recording and Uploading Other People
MoovieMe is designed for collaborative events in which User Content may depict multiple people.
You are responsible for determining whether you have any permission required by applicable law to:
- record another person;
- upload their image;
- upload their voice;
- upload their personal information;
- publish their likeness;
- or share content involving them.
MoovieMe does not grant you permission to record another person where applicable law prohibits the recording.
Different jurisdictions may have different rules regarding audio recording, video recording, privacy, publicity rights, and consent.
You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your recording and submission of User Content.
14. Content Involving Minors
User Content may depict children or other minors at events such as weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, school activities, sporting events, concerts, or community events.
If you upload or publish content depicting a minor, you represent that you have the authority, permission, or legal basis required to submit and share that content.
MoovieMe may apply additional protections to content depicting minors.
MoovieMe may:
- restrict sharing;
- limit public visibility;
- prevent publication;
- remove content;
- change content visibility;
- restrict certain AI or commercial uses;
- or otherwise act where necessary to protect minors, comply with law, or enforce our policies.
Uploading footage containing minors does not automatically make that footage eligible for optional AI-training, commercial dataset, licensing, or advertising uses.
Additional rules are described in the MoovieMe Minor Content Policy:
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Minor Content Policy regarding the handling of content depicting minors, the more protective requirement applicable to the minor-related content will control.
15. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, publish, transmit, request, promote, or distribute content through MoovieMe that:
- sexually exploits or endangers a child;
- depicts child sexual abuse material;
- sexualizes minors;
- solicits sexual material from minors;
- promotes grooming or exploitation of minors;
- depicts non-consensual intimate imagery;
- contains unlawfully recorded intimate material;
- facilitates sexual exploitation;
- credibly threatens violence;
- promotes or facilitates terrorism where prohibited by law;
- unlawfully promotes violence against another person;
- contains unlawful harassment or stalking;
- reveals highly sensitive private information about another person without lawful justification;
- facilitates identity theft or fraud;
- impersonates another person for deceptive or harmful purposes;
- infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- contains malware or malicious code;
- facilitates illegal activity;
- is fraudulent or deceptive in a material way;
- or otherwise violates applicable law.
MoovieMe may maintain additional Community Guidelines or safety rules governing User Content.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to MoovieMe systems;
- probe or test Service security without authorization;
- interfere with Service operation;
- circumvent access controls;
- bypass subscription or usage restrictions;
- reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- scrape the Service through unauthorized automated methods;
- harvest user information;
- use bots to manipulate engagement;
- send spam;
- artificially manipulate votes, reactions, views, followers, or other metrics;
- upload malicious software;
- attack or overload infrastructure;
- use MoovieMe to stalk or harass another person;
- use Story invitation features for unrelated spam or marketing;
- circumvent age protections;
- evade an account suspension;
- use another person’s credentials;
- falsely claim ownership of content;
- make fraudulent purchases;
- abuse refunds or chargebacks;
- or assist another person in doing any of the above.
17. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking
MoovieMe may provide mechanisms for users to:
- report User Content;
- report accounts;
- report comments;
- report harassment or abuse;
- report intellectual-property violations;
- and block other users.
MoovieMe may review reported content or accounts.
We may remove, restrict, disable, label, reduce distribution of, or otherwise take action concerning User Content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate:
- these Terms;
- our Minor Content Policy;
- applicable Community Guidelines;
- applicable law;
- or the rights or safety of users or others.
We are not obligated to publish, host, distribute, or continue displaying any particular User Content.
Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
For reports or safety concerns, contact:
18. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Editing
MoovieMe uses artificial intelligence and automated media-processing systems.
Depending on the available feature, these systems may:
- identify scenes;
- identify key events;
- detect people;
- distinguish people appearing across footage;
- detect speech;
- distinguish speakers;
- associate speakers across clips;
- transcribe speech;
- analyze dialogue;
- classify event context;
- organize footage;
- select candidate clips;
- evaluate technical quality;
- recommend edits;
- sequence clips;
- generate or select transitions;
- apply creative treatments;
- assist with music;
- generate captions or text;
- create thumbnails;
- Re-Cut or Re-Generate movies;
- and perform related creative operations.
AI systems are probabilistic and may make mistakes.
They may:
- misunderstand an event;
- incorrectly classify a scene;
- omit important footage;
- select an undesirable clip;
- incorrectly transcribe speech;
- incorrectly associate speakers;
- misunderstand context;
- arrange footage in an unintended order;
- or produce other unexpected results.
MoovieMe does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted output will be accurate, complete, appropriate, error-free, or consistent with your creative intent.
You are responsible for reviewing finished content before publishing, distributing, relying upon, or publicly sharing it.
19. Person and Voice Analysis
MoovieMe may detect people and speakers within User Content for purposes of media understanding, editing continuity, and Story construction.
MoovieMe does not currently use facial-recognition technology to determine a depicted person’s real-world identity.
MoovieMe does not currently use a person’s voice to authenticate their identity or determine their real-world identity.
MoovieMe may distinguish people or speakers within a particular Story without establishing who those people are in the real world.
If we materially expand this functionality in the future, additional terms, privacy notices, or permissions may apply.
20. Google Cloud and AI Processing
MoovieMe currently uses Google Cloud infrastructure and Google’s Gemini services as part of its media-processing environment.
Uploaded video may be stored and processed using Google Cloud infrastructure.
Depending on the operation, MoovieMe’s systems may process:
- complete video files;
- sampled frames;
- extracted frames;
- audio;
- transcripts;
- prompts;
- technical metadata;
- contextual information;
- and derived analysis.
Certain analysis may sample approximately one video frame per second.
MoovieMe currently uses enterprise or commercial Google Cloud/Gemini services under which production User Content processed for MoovieMe is not used merely by virtue of that processing to train Google’s generalized AI models.
Our technical architecture and service providers may change over time.
21. AI Development and Optional Data-Contribution Programs
Ordinary submission of User Content to create a Story does not automatically enroll that User Content in a generalized MoovieMe AI-training dataset.
MoovieMe may separately offer optional programs allowing eligible users to authorize specified content or data for:
- AI training;
- model fine-tuning;
- AI evaluation;
- research;
- benchmarking;
- labeling;
- annotation;
- dataset development;
- product development;
- or commercial licensing.
Any such program may be governed by additional terms.
Participation may require affirmative authorization and may involve separate eligibility rules, particularly when content includes:
- minors;
- identifiable third parties;
- sensitive information;
- or content subject to third-party rights.
Participation in an optional data-contribution program is not required to use MoovieMe’s ordinary movie-creation functionality.
22. Re-Cut and Re-Generate
MoovieMe may allow users to create additional versions of previously generated movies through features such as Re-Cut or Re-Generate.
These features may require continued storage of original source footage and associated editing information.
If original source footage is deleted, Re-Cut, Re-Generate, or other editing functionality requiring that footage may become unavailable.
Use of Re-Cut, Re-Generate, or similar functionality may consume a render, render credit, usage allowance, or other entitlement as disclosed in the applicable interface or subscription plan.
23. Removal of Contributed Content
If you remove an eligible source clip from a Story, that source clip will no longer be available for future:
- edits;
- Re-Cuts;
- Re-Generations;
- or new renders.
Removing a source clip does not necessarily modify a movie already rendered before removal.
If the movie is subsequently rendered or regenerated, the removed clip will not be included.
Where deletion is required as part of an account-deletion or applicable privacy request, different procedures may apply.
MoovieMe may restrict, modify, or create an updated version of a completed movie where reasonably necessary to remove affected content from systems controlled by MoovieMe.
We cannot retrieve or delete copies that have already been independently downloaded, exported, recorded, or distributed outside systems controlled by MoovieMe.
24. Shareable Links
MoovieMe may allow users to generate links for sharing completed movies.
Unless otherwise indicated, an ordinary shareable link is intended to function as an unlisted link, not a public listing.
Anyone who obtains a valid link may be able to access the associated movie unless additional access restrictions are enabled.
Where available, users may be able to configure:
- passwords;
- expiration dates;
- download permissions;
- or other sharing restrictions.
Users may be able to revoke sharing links.
MoovieMe cannot guarantee that someone who receives access to a movie will not:
- record it;
- download it where permitted;
- screen-record it;
- photograph it;
- or otherwise make a copy outside MoovieMe’s control.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings before distributing a link.
25. Public Profiles and Explore
Users may be able to maintain public or private profiles and publish eligible content through Explore, posts, feeds, or similar social functionality.
A public profile may allow other people to view information such as:
- profile information;
- posts;
- published Moovies;
- followers;
- following;
- comments;
- reactions;
- and other public activity.
Private account settings may limit who can access certain content.
Making a profile public does not, by itself, make underlying private Story source footage public.
If you affirmatively publish a finished movie, the published movie may become available to the audience selected without making the raw clips, AI analysis, transcripts, or underlying project publicly available.
26. Purchases and Paid Services
MoovieMe may offer:
- subscriptions;
- one-time purchases;
- additional renders;
- render-credit packages;
- premium features;
- or other paid services.
Prices, plan limits, included features, renewal terms, and other purchase conditions will be displayed at or before purchase.
MoovieMe currently uses Stripe for certain payment processing.
Stripe may process payment credentials and other transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices.
MoovieMe does not intend to directly store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own systems where payment information is processed by Stripe.
27. Subscriptions
Some MoovieMe plans may operate on a recurring subscription basis.
Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable checkout flow will disclose:
- price;
- billing frequency;
- renewal terms;
- and available cancellation methods.
Unless otherwise disclosed, canceling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically result in a refund for time already purchased.
You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective.
Features or usage allowances included with a subscription may change when the subscription ends or changes tiers.
28. Render Credits and Usage Allowances
MoovieMe may provide or sell render credits, movie credits, or other usage allowances.
Credits:
- are usable only within MoovieMe;
- are not legal tender;
- are not bank deposits;
- have no cash value except where required by law;
- may not be resold or transferred unless MoovieMe expressly permits it;
- and may be subject to plan-specific limits or expiration rules disclosed when provided.
A render, Re-Cut, Re-Generate, or other operation may consume a credit once processing begins or at another point disclosed in the applicable interface.
MoovieMe may restore a credit where a processing operation fails because of a verified Service error, but restoration is not guaranteed where the failure results from invalid User Content, unsupported media, user cancellation, misuse, or circumstances outside MoovieMe’s reasonable control.
29. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on:
- the nature of the purchase;
- how the purchase was processed;
- whether the purchased service or credit has been used;
- applicable checkout terms;
- and applicable law.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid Service or consumable credit has been used, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Purchases processed through an external application marketplace or payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s refund procedures.
Contact hello@moovieme.ai if you believe a billing error occurred.
30. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges applicable to your purchase except taxes imposed directly on MoovieMe’s income.
Payment providers may calculate, collect, or remit applicable taxes where required.
31. Intellectual Property of MoovieMe
Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Service and its underlying content and technology are owned by MoovieMe or its licensors.
This includes, as applicable:
- the MoovieMe name;
- trademarks;
- logos;
- branding;
- interface designs;
- graphics;
- software;
- source code;
- object code;
- algorithms;
- workflows;
- AI orchestration;
- editing systems;
- website content;
- documentation;
- animations;
- visual elements;
- and other proprietary material.
Subject to these Terms, MoovieMe grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from MoovieMe technology or materials.
32. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback concerning MoovieMe, you grant MoovieMe permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not give MoovieMe ownership of unrelated User Content that you submit through the Service.
33. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints
MoovieMe respects intellectual-property rights.
If you believe content available through MoovieMe infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact:
Your notice should provide enough information for us to identify:
- the protected work or right;
- the allegedly infringing material;
- where the material appears;
- your contact information;
- and the nature of your claim.
We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content and may terminate accounts associated with repeated infringement where appropriate.
Submitting a knowingly false infringement claim may expose the sender to legal liability.
34. Privacy
Your use of MoovieMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how MoovieMe collects, uses, discloses, processes, retains, and deletes personal information.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Content involving minors is additionally governed by:
Questions regarding privacy may be sent to:
35. Account Deletion
MoovieMe provides users with a method to initiate deletion of their MoovieMe account through the application.
Account deletion may result in permanent deletion or de-identification of:
- profile information;
- source media;
- completed movies;
- posts;
- Story information;
- comments;
- editing data;
- AI-derived project information;
- and other account-associated User Content,
subject to information that MoovieMe is permitted or required to retain.
Active production information is generally scheduled for deletion according to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Residual information may remain temporarily in backup systems.
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for:
- legal compliance;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- accounting;
- taxes;
- billing disputes;
- enforcement;
- or legal claims.
Deletion of your MoovieMe account may not automatically cancel a recurring subscription administered by an external marketplace or payment provider. Where applicable, you must separately cancel such subscriptions.
36. Suspension and Termination by MoovieMe
MoovieMe may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to some or all of the Service if we reasonably determine that:
- you violated these Terms;
- you violated the Minor Content Policy;
- you violated applicable Community Guidelines;
- your conduct creates a safety risk;
- your account is fraudulent;
- your activity creates legal exposure;
- you repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights;
- payment fraud or abuse occurred;
- you attempted unauthorized system access;
- continued access could damage the Service or other users;
- or suspension or termination is required by law.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
Serious safety, exploitation, fraud, security, or legal violations may result in immediate action.
37. Effect of Termination
After termination:
- your right to use the Service ends;
- access to some or all User Content may cease;
- sharing links may stop functioning;
- collaborative Stories may be affected;
- and information may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning:
- intellectual property;
- previously granted licenses where necessary to complete lawful processing;
- disclaimers;
- limitations of liability;
- indemnification;
- dispute resolution;
- and legal compliance.
38. Changes to the Service
MoovieMe may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features.
This can include changes to:
- AI models;
- editing workflows;
- user interfaces;
- subscription plans;
- usage limits;
- render-credit requirements;
- social functionality;
- third-party integrations;
- or other features.
We do not guarantee that a particular feature, model, workflow, design, or service provider will remain available indefinitely.
Where a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law.
39. Beta, Experimental, and Pre-Release Features
Certain features may be labeled:
- beta;
- experimental;
- preview;
- early access;
- test;
- or similar terminology.
Such features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, suspended, or discontinued.
You use experimental features at your own discretion.
MoovieMe may impose additional conditions on experimental functionality.
40. Third-Party Services
MoovieMe may integrate with or link to third-party products and services.
These may include:
- cloud providers;
- payment providers;
- authentication providers;
- external sharing services;
- application marketplaces;
- or other platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
MoovieMe is not responsible for third-party products or services that we do not control.
41. Mobile Application Platforms
If you obtain the MoovieMe application through Apple, Google, or another application marketplace, your use may also be subject to that marketplace’s terms.
The marketplace may separately govern:
- application installation;
- device licensing;
- subscriptions;
- payment processing;
- refunds;
- and marketplace account management.
To the extent these Terms govern your relationship with MoovieMe, MoovieMe—not the marketplace provider—is responsible for the MoovieMe Service, subject to applicable marketplace requirements.
42. No Guarantee of Storage or Preservation
MoovieMe provides cloud-based media functionality, but it should not be treated as your sole permanent backup system.
You should maintain independent copies of important original photos, videos, audio, and finished movies.
User Content may be deleted because of:
- user action;
- retention policies;
- account deletion;
- moderation;
- legal requirements;
- technical failure;
- corruption;
- discontinued functionality;
- or other circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoovieMe does not guarantee permanent preservation of User Content.
43. Service Availability
We work to make MoovieMe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may experience:
- maintenance;
- outages;
- failed uploads;
- processing delays;
- rendering failures;
- network interruptions;
- third-party outages;
- AI service disruptions;
- or other technical problems.
Processing times may vary depending on factors including:
- amount of uploaded footage;
- media format;
- video duration;
- network conditions;
- processing demand;
- infrastructure availability;
- and third-party services.
44. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
MOOVIEME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
MOOVIEME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
- THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE;

- AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE;
- AI OUTPUT WILL MATCH YOUR CREATIVE INTENT;
- EVERY UPLOAD WILL PROCESS SUCCESSFULLY;
- EVERY MOVIE WILL RENDER SUCCESSFULLY;
- EVERY FEATURE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE;
- OR THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM ALL SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
45. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOVIEME INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
- LOSS OF USER CONTENT;
- LOST PROFITS;
- LOST REVENUE;
- LOST BUSINESS;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- LOSS OF GOODWILL;
- FAILED UPLOADS;
- FAILED RENDERS;
- AI-GENERATED ERRORS;
- UNAUTHORIZED COPYING BY ANOTHER USER;
- THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT;
- SERVICE INTERRUPTION;
- OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOVIEME’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MOOVIEME FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
